For help with a specific job, open Joberr, then go to Account, then Help & Support.
Get the appChoose the service you need and describe the job. Joberr matches you with a trusted local professional in real time, and you can track their arrival on a live map. Chat in the app, get the work done, and pay securely when it's complete.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are entered securely and are never stored by Joberr. Funds are held safely and released for completed work, so both you and your pro are protected.
Open the order from your Schedule tab and use the cancel option there. Cancelling well ahead of a scheduled job is free; late cancellations on an active job may affect availability. If you're having trouble, message our support team and we'll help.
Your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right, contact support with your order details and we'll review it with you. Because payment is held until the job is complete, we're able to help resolve issues fairly.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from inside the app: go to Account, then Delete account, and confirm. This removes your profile and personal data. You can also email us at support@joberr.com if you need help.
Download the Joberr Pro app or apply at joberr.com/application. Once approved, you can go online and start receiving nearby job requests on your own schedule.
