Joberr is a marketplace that connects customers with independent professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
When you book a service, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout, including applicable fees and taxes. Payments are processed securely and may be held until a job is completed. Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the policy presented at the time of booking.
Professionals on Joberr are independent contractors, not employees of Joberr. We vet and rate professionals, but you are responsible for confirming that a professional is right for your needs. Professionals agree to provide services lawfully, safely, and to the standard described in their listing.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Joberr does not guarantee that any particular professional will be available or that any job will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joberr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
